Glass Making Demonstration

Contemporary glass artists Ed & Margaret Burke (E+M Glass) will be presenting a glassmaking demonstration at our next fair. The demonstrations will take place throughout the day from around 11am. 

Ed Burke and Margaret Burke discovered their passion for blown glass when they were both in their teens. Since then they have adopted an approach to fine glass making which has created a perfect symbiosis of colour, pattern and shape that has won them international acclaim. Their glass is characterised by a use of brilliant colours and bold patterns, as well as wonderful imaginative shapes.
